Hello there,
In the beginning of season 1 I very soon dropped the Stonevault Mechsuit and realized very fast that the Grind this Quest is not for me for the getting rewarded with a recolored mount of one that I already own. The reason being you have to grind 3 different trinkets of which some you cant even loot on one character (forshadowing).
Fast forward to today, Ive completely forgotten that i am even on that Quest.
-Season 2, Week 3
Ive looted the [Synergistic Brewterializer] from my great vault in week 2 and went down to the awakening machine to complete the weekly quest to gain my spark so that I can craft a new Item. Seeing a completed Quest standing around just next to the NPC for the awakening machine I turned it in just as you would with any normal Quest… not knowing what I did for about 10 Minutes.
Then I noticed my character had 620 Ilvl equipped instead of 662. Noticed my Trinked slot was empty. Couldnt find it. Couldnt buy it back. Couldnt restore it on the Website. Contacted support, then I learned from a Post on frequently occuring Problems that theres probably more Players than me who this happened to and they all got the same answer: NO REFUNDS KIDDO

The Gamemasters cant do anything for you and oooh they empathize with your situation yada yada but they lack the tools to fix this situation in any form, Qute “but we are unable to restore or return items or currency that have been spent or lost through gameplay mechanics”. - Nice Gameplay Mechanic BTW.
Meaning not only the Item is lost but also the Gilded Crests I pumped into them cant be refunded.
Enough of the Rant. I know that theres nothing about this Quest any Dev could do because the Quest is currently unobtainable right? So here would be my -

-Never Design Quests like this ever again where you would be able to just yeet your Mythic Itemlevel gear equipped FROM CHARACTER + how in the World am i supposed to Farm an Intelligence Trinket lets say on my Warrior should I have dropped the Quest there?
- If you do want to, make a prompt pop up like ANY OTHER ITEM, since this deletion is actually permanent and not even support will be able to restore it for you. How is it you can try to “Delete” an Item and have to type it, but when it is “ERADICATED” you just turn it automatically in, woopsy!
IF theres anyone working at Blizzard who reads this and can unscrew this Situation though Gamemasters couldn im asking in vain. Please give me back the Trinket and delete the Mount from me 
Dont want it dont care, Never again this Type of Quest please.
