72 hour ban is taking longer than 72 hour

Hello, I have to post on an alt account of mine because I can not even log in on my main in the battle.net app or the website, and i have received further no emails. My main account received a 72 hour ban and it has now been longer than that period. When i try to log into the app or the website it just says Your battle.net Account is banned.

What gets me is i have no way to post or open communication on my main as my account can not even be accessed at the moment.

What should i do?

Did you get an email telling you about the ban? If so, there should be a link or something in the mail so you can reply to the mail … normally it’s used to appeal bans, but I’m sure you could use it to query why you’re still banned as well.

Yes, they left an email where you can write to them and unsubscribe or if you need to change personal information of your account, but they also wrote that appeals will remain unanswered

ps I got it working, it carried over for a 10 hours but i have it back now

You currently do not have any (recent) suspension, nor do you have any ticket on any of the account I could find for you.

If you haven’t already, open an appeal on the account that received the suspension. After that, you’ll need to wait for an answer.
