750 mount honorbound/7th legion not shared between factions

Hello,

I am playing horde this expansion and I just acquired the 750 honorbound badges bat https://www.wowhead.com/item=166469/bloodthirsty-dreadwing thinking I would also get its alliance counterpart (because the 200 badges mount works this way). I went to finish the war campaign on my alliance toon and to my surprise the mount isn’t there.

I really hope this is a bug because I didn’t get the ring and other rewards first hoping to unlock both mounts, as It had worked before with the 200 badges mount.

They never said that this would happen. I’m afraid it is a case of more epic grinding fun!!!

I feel for you op… But as my favourite game company would say

You think you do but you don’t really need it, think of all the fun you can have grinding the same thing twice… Like seriously, don’t you guys have alts that you love grinding exactly the same things over and over again? BLIZZCTIVISION2K19

It was the same with the reputation mount, had to lvl up a alliance toon and gain all the rep again to buy thier 3 horse mounts…so, no real suprice there.

I do wonder why the 200 mount is shared tho, inb4 thats a bug XD.

What about the BoA / heirlooms, i wonder if they are shared or not, i know that if you get the toy from arathi highland world boss, it is insta shared, same with last xmass toy, getting the horde version insta gave you its alliance counterpart.

Might be possible that the tokens would change to the alliance version if you faction change, the same way reputation changed.

I have presumed this is all part of their make you play more approach.

The paragon rewards, reputation rewards etc are separate for Horde and Alliance, with the exception of the Tortollan’s I presume. So those of us who want it all will have to play both sides.

They want you to play a faction to get it’s rewards. Those monsters.

In Legion we were a united front fighting the green fel!!!

So the all the reputations were shared by both Alliance and Horde.

This time they aren’t. So yes, shock horror there are separate zones, separate storylines, and separate quartermasters and for the Alliance I hear many horses :stuck_out_tongue:

No it doesnt it didnt work for me i had to buy one for each faction of the 200 badge one .

I bought the 200 one last week on my Alliance toon and I have the horde one too. So, unless they have changed something in the last 7 days, it is shared across factions.

Also, the warfront and gladiator (not elite) sets are shared, the mounts from the warfronts rares are also shared.

really strange as ive had to buy it twice im going to place a ticket in and refer to here thanks :slight_smile:
