7th Guild Bank Tab should be unlocked. But I can't buy it

Hello!

On this character I am GM of my personal guild.

I have the guild achievment to buy the 7th bank tab. The guild seller is not selling it to me, and my guild currently only have 6 tabs active.

Am I missing something ? Thanks in advance for the help

EDIT : I also opened mutliple in game ticket the last few weeks about that, but Never got any response :frowning:
I hope you guys are not dying below a pile of bugs !

If you meant with “multiple in game tickets”, these bug reports do not receive an ingame response as the bug report tab states.

I hope it’s not removed from the game. Especially as the achievment still indicates the unlocking of 7th and 8th vault item.

I found nothing on Wowhead.

Isn’t it dependant on the rep too?

Edit: It says your guild already has the 7th tab. Check “Extended Storage”

Yeah I have unlocked the achiev, and am exalted. I just don’t have the 7th tab AND can’t find the item at the guild vendor. so weird

If you click the extended Storage achievment, it says 6/7

Hey Phoënyx,

The 7th bank tab issue you are describing may potentially be a bug that we haven’t seen very often. A Game Master will be able to check it and fix it if he confirms this is indeed the bug acting up, so please submit a ticket in game - not a bug report, as those simply send the bug information to our developers.

I got the same issue as GM of our clan and can confirm it doesn’t work for the 8th bank tab either. I see the item at the vendor and can click it, but it says "The item was not found. We have made 65 new chars in remix and made their rep become honored to no avail! Something needs to be done. Two people’s work and as for now it’s completely fruitless. Imagine the hours we have spent! We got the achievement to unlock the 8th tab today and now realize it was all a waste of time! :frowning:

Same here, 5 years later and this is still a thing, I can’t buy the 7th one.

Edit: i didn’t necro, obv you didn’t read the comment before. I responded on something from that same day.
