Lets say Rising Sun Kick does 25000 damage with Way of the Crane on both Live and PTR.
On Live, the healing from the damage you do with Way of the Crane works like this:
Using Rising Sun Kick the healing is:
25000 + 150% of the damage = the healing from that ability, so in this case it would be 25000 + 37500 = 62500 <- this is the healing that would come out from using Rising Sun Kick on LIVE with Way of the Crane.
On PTR however…
Using the same damage, on PTR it’s different, it’s now: 150% of the damage = the healing from that ability. So that means, if the damage is 25000, the healing is 37500.
Live: 62500
PTR: 37500
While the tooltip say the same thing: “you heal up to 3 nearest allies for 150% of all damage done. Lasts 15 sec.” The calculations are different.
Here’s screenshots as of this writing from Live and PTR, same stats, same Raid Boss Dummy, it’s the same on any mob, outside world, inside Proving Grounds using Way of the Crane as an Essence aswell as PvP Talent.

I can’t see any posts about this, maybe someone else have tested this or know anything else.
If not, i suppose it’s a ninja nerf by blizzard, because from what i can remember, it had the same values on Live, on PTR for a while, and very recently aswell, before i started testing.
