No wonder, the cleaning lady only goes to clean once a week and has a lot to do.

Not really? Especially when early WoW ticket wait times were lesser. Even Wrath tickets were lesser, and that was with a lot more players. This is what happens when they have far fewer GMs and also don’t allow the GMs help with too much, then also make it so they have to use webform stuff and take tickets for multiple games.
I’m sure people still send in “Troll” tickets just to berrate the company for no reason as well.
Back in time the solving time was 12/24 hrs.
Last time ive had problems it was around mid bfa and it was solved in 24hrs.

From my last 3 tickers i’ve always gotten an auto reply after a few hours and had to write a dot and send it again to get a human to answer.
8 days playtime = 4 bucks. So a single ticket is 4 bucks apparently
Yeah that part is dumb, it even marks your ticket as resolved when the response is just a link to wowhead and the wow forums…

Responding to support tickets aren’t as exciting as cubicle crawling, unfortunately.

In BC the wait time used to be 1 hour tops and often we got a useful reply in-game.
I think shop related tickets are resolved faster, once I had a problem with getting a 6 months sub mount and they replied within a day and it was useful. The issue got resolved in a month eventually but the response time was way faster.
I guess anything not money related or not game breaking is low(er) priority.
