8 delves per week is way too much

That’s the general problem of this season .

You have players at 610 itlv WHO quite easily do 1 mln + st and like 2-4 mln aoe and other players hwo at the same itlv do like 200k st and liek 500k aoe.

If you run into the 2nd type you just wont complete any m+ you join even at +4

Frontal, stay behind
Mushrooms, move every few seconds and keep dpsing
Nova, vengeful retreat. Good time to eye beam if you have it up.

with a ranged is faceroll. with a melee not exactly.

Oh I know how to kill him.I did after I died once to the frontal and the second to the mushrooms.I learned all by myself.
The problem is that its not as fast as you say.

Running to the boss is maybe 40 seconds, melding / death potting and checking everything stopped chasing you 5-10 seconds. Then 2 minutes max for boss. Typically dies to 3rd essence break burn. Then I just /leave the group and go again, opening chest is a waste if I’m just doing it for vault slots on non bountiful.

I am not going to go back and forth for ever on this.
We are different.
I am not rushing.
Probably you have Bran at 60 and don’t need the mislaid things either thats why all the go go fast.I am still looting the chests and all.Go at my own pace not rush.Like intended.
My bran is 47 or so.
And I usually don’t do one 8 times for vault.I do 8 different ones.I am not playing them as a sport.

It’s more that I don’t need bran at all so I don’t care about his xp, I think he’s like 44? I wait for tak rethan sharks to be up, log DH, do delves for 25~ minutes log off and get my 616 in vault then repeat. I don’t even play the character besides that. I might later in the patch.

I said it was possible, I never said I expected you to do it. I was mostly confused by you saying it takes 5 minutes alone to kill the end boss as a havoc DH.

Its just pointless to discuss how long a delve takes. Its so much variety in the delves/stories themselves but also between classes and specs. Put on top of that the massive difference of skill between players. And ilvl and brann level. What is a 2 minute blast for some can be a 30 min slog for someone else.

Somehow you made yourself seem like the default. And you are not.
And lets not pretend now that Dh is in such a good spot.Let alone when you re not playing any of intended builds.
I ll time my next kill of that boss just to see how long it is.

Huh? Of course the vault is a goal. It’s not there to gear me up? Then why does it gear me up every week? The vault is THE weekly goal of this game. The last statement about bad luck also contradicts itself. You can have just as much good or bad luck in the vault as in any other content. What you wrote is completely nonsensical.

Depends on each perspective. If you take vault as some chore list(like those internet memes where you need to wash the dishes, take out the garbage before parents will give you the wifi password) then ofc 8x vault, 8x dungeons or whatever will feel like a “forced”, “chore”, “non fun” and etc.
If you do the actual content as primary goal. Say me looking forward to do some m+ bashing with my m+ friends and community(really want to see if us the casual plebs will time that NW11 this week or not) then ofc the vault gets filled “passively” and on mon or tuesday I check it if missed anything. Usually its 1 more dungeon missing for 3rd vault.

Thing is because delve vault offers items on a higher track than delves you reach a point where the only reward from delves as a system is the vault.

If you do anything at any time in this game that you need to force yourself to do, you are doing nothing but self harm. You should stop doing that activity immediately. If you pay 13€ a month to do things that feel like chores to you, you have zero self respect.

Same for m10 like it has been before. At least even with my fuzzy memory, I dont remember mythic+ dungeons rewarding mythic level gear at the end of the dungeon chest.

Oh just quit with your God damn philosophy preaching. Can’t have any forum discussion without you starting to lecture me on the “meaning of life”.
You fully well know that people will still like playing a video game in general but hate certain parts of aspects of it.
If following your… philosophy that I shouldn’t “force” myself to something that I dont like then I couldn’t finish pretty much any video game even single game because every game has certain missions or quests or whatever which annoy you greatly but you still want to do them cause you are interested the missions afterwards and you want to finish the game. Unless you are going to start preaching me that every game you play you like 100% and every quest or mission you ever done, you always adored it and not one ever annoyed or even frustrated you.

There is always a chance of maps. I got a Hero 2H on my Guardian from a map.

Eventually everyone except Mythic raiders need Vault loot. I usually don’t even head to the keys that drop Hero gear until I’m beyond needing Hero gear. My Guardian is at that point now but I’m just being lazy hoping Blizzard nerf it or lower where crests drop.

Sure, there will always be parts of a video game that you don’t enjoy, but if you willingly participate in that part even though you dislike it, you have zero self respect. You should refrain from harming yourself to regain your self respect.

If you wouldn’t be able to finish any video game while applying this healthy mindset, I feel genuienly sorry for you. You even stated that you sometimes WANT to complete the unenjoyable parts of video games to progress. That’s so sad. Try to find video games that you truly enjoy instead of forcing yourself through “the bad parts” for the rest of your life.

So if I play a game. Say GTA X and I’ve done 49 missions, then I reach the 50th mission which i really dislike and afterwards there will be 49 more missions which I again like. According to your logic, I should just stop right there, delete the whole game, and forget it about?

Thanks random internet therapist. Very useful.

You should obviously skip the mission you don’t enjoy instead of forcing yourself through that unenjoyable part. It baffles that you never came to this conclusion on your own. That’s self harm normalized.

I can’t believe you would force yourself through such misery again and again on each and every playthrough instead of just skipping it. Why do you hate yourself so much?

Good grief. You act as if I am in some kind of severe misery when I do a connected story mission because I don’t like helicopter combat or flying or underwater combat(just examples for sake of this discussion).

Done playing internet therapist yet? Or will you teach me more of your random “enlightenments” perhaps tell me about how my parents didnt like me and stuff.
This boring night shift might not be so boring after all! :seat:

Story missions cannot be skipped. You play them or you accept that that’s as far as you go.

“Kill this traitor.”
“No.”
“Ok don’t but the next mission is the traitor’s brother being angry that you killed him. So…”
