8 hours left to Legion remix

Hello everyone
we have 8 hours left for the start of legion remix and i think this is the best time to ask this/ and i hope this questions help the other players that have them in mind like me too
So since i never played remix versions of the game i had few questions\

Please help me with the questions if its possible
1 what are realms for legion remix? are they the same as we have or its something new?

2 now that level is 80 . do we get the same item level like when we were 110 or its something new?

3 and the last one , should we download a new game like classic in another folder or this is going to happen in the war within?

i tried to find the answer in google but i was not successful in that. thanks

The same as your normal characters. They will automatically migrate at the end

There is a new item level, but I think it’s slightly higher than what we are at now (can’t remember the exact number).

You are playing TWW characters, not Legion Characters.

Expect your power level to grow and grow and grow.

It is just an extension of Retail WoW. Beyond any normal downloadable patch, you don’t need a separate client.

oh i get it now so you play in an event in war within that allows you to play with your new character ,
now i undertsand whats going on i thought its like start of legion servers again

No, it’s not Legion Classic. Don’t go in expecting to be playing Legion. This is a “remix” of legion which is just supposed to be a fun side event because they ran out of ideas for the main TWW storyline.

me and my friend were planing for 3 days about what to do and what our character names are and we should do but with the guide you gave me i dont know what will happen now :sweat_smile:

They’re new.
Once it goes live, you get a new button which says something like ‘create a new timerunner’. You make your character and can then log onto the remix server with it.

I don’t understand the question completely; but remix has its own ilvl progression.

You won’t need to download anything extra.
It’s basically a special version of The Broken Isles that you can’t leave (unless you convert your timerunner to a ‘normal character’, but this can’t be reversed; so be careful).

thank you Tah now i completely understand,
But it’s a shame there wasn’t a classic legion or something like that. 50% of my excitement just died :skull_and_crossbones: :sweat_smile:
lets see what kind of new legion era it is going to be ,

yea . whatever it is im sure it will be good ,
our main goal is getting those mounts and world pvp,
but im wondering what kind of wrold pvp is going to be if its not legion servers again

Wait, we’re getting a midnight release here in EU? I thought it all went live tomorrow at a decent time lol

I… Would not count on much of it tbh.
For the majority that’s not the point of Legion Remix.

What do you mean 8 hours? The servers go down at 3 am for the patch to be applied, that’s 11 hours. Servers are expected to go back up at 11, so that’s 19 hours from now. They will likely go up earlier but still it’s way more than 8 hours.

i really like to talk to you about playing tank in world pvp years years years ago when legion was runing. it was so good tah i have so much good memories of it, i had hope that i see it again in legion remix

Im pretty sure PvP there is fun too well like always when you are winning but time to time you just need eat dust too

I find it hard to believe it’s a 0:00 launch. Since the servers are going down for maintenance at 3 until 11 in the morning.

I’m counting on it going live tomorrow after maintenance.

make an alt army for midnight.
you may find a benefit having multiple of the same class in midnight for the changes coming.

lots of DK and Hunters for me, most likely ill make 4 of each

i plan on using them to claim the tmogs quicker

oh it seems i forgot the update time and servers working when they want to add it in the game

yea years ago i was doing this to get the illidan warglaives /
i was using multiple Dhs to increase the chance and reduce the time needed for the drop rate from the raid every week.
even doing the same on thunder fury and other epic weapons of the game
