Hello, do we actually know or have any data to approximate the proc chance of vision of perfection when used as a major essence ?

Besides, did anyone tested it in 8.3. I think there was a buff 12% increase proc chance. Is it the overall proc chance or it is 12% of the already triggering rate. For example, if the chance was 50%, would it make it 56% or 62%?

Doesn’t seem to have any internal cool down since my destro lock managed to get 3 procs in a row.

56% if you use normal maths.

Anything between 0 and minus a bazillion if you use Blizzard maths.
