With the latest patch now, i am able to enable /console RawMouseEnable 1 again, and there is no more wonky camera messup anymore.
I don’t know if the “rubber-band-sticky” mouse with “RawMouseEnable 0” is fixed tho, cos i switched back to “1” when i logged back on
ok nvm the mouse funny stuff seems fixed now.
I was able to reproduce the bug consistently and decided to record it. If you left-click any object then try to move fast the mouse in any direction, it will keep snapping to the same point continuously or until you move the mouse to the opposite direction.

Yes I’m having this issue but I don’t even need to click a target. I can just click anywhere very fast and then move the mouse, and sometimes it won’t respond and will just twitch in place. Very annoying.
The issue is NOT fixed. I tried a spare mouse which was still in packaging and same issue. Game feels unplayable now.
Now I’m worried that Blizzard thinks they solved the issue.

Pasting my suggestion from the US forums since I posted it there as well, maybe this helps.
So I might’ve found a ‘possible’ fix, it’s complicated, I came across this suggestion on wow reddit.
Someone suggested to switch to/from windowed mode and mess with directX settings. I’ve been messing with those options, a friend of mine suggested alt+tabbing out and in as well, less success with that tbh. But right now, at least for this moment, this has fixed it.
What I did was that, now I’m not sure if this has something to do with it, cause earlier this morning I’ve been switching my directX settings to 11 legacy, 11, then 12 back and forth, later today I just switched to windowed fullscreen, it was already on that, but I re-selected it, clicked apply, have not been experiencing the mouse bug so far, idk, it’s weird, but try it, maybe it helps even a tiny bit.
