Improvise Adapt Wipe is looking for players! We are a group of veterans with a core that has been raiding together the entirety of DF and are now looking for fresh blood to fill our ranks!
Our goals are set on Mythic Raiding without pushing for CE unless obtainable. We offer guidance to everyone who needs it and have a welcoming attitude to new people in our community. Right now we are looking for players to commit long term to our raid team.

We Raid wed/sun 20:00-23:00 server time (tarren-mill / CET). Our goal is set on reaching 5/8 this season and we are well on our way to achieve this goal.
Right now we are looking for:
- 1 Healer to replace someone who is mostly helping out when he can but isn’t 100% reliable for the spot due to IRL obligations.
- Tentatively we accept DPS as well.
Our Requirements:
- Wipe Resistance & patience
- High attendance
- Being ok with sitting out a fight or evening or being on the bench, we manage a team that consists of more then 20 people due to raid needs and unavoidable absence
- Know your class/spec and how to take criticism without being offended, we are probably one of the nicest guilds around for that kind of stuff but you should be able to work with us on improving not only your own but the overall raid performance as well.
What we can guarantee you:
- Every Mythic kill that the team achieves, if you’re not with us on the first kill, you will be there on a re-kill eventually.
- you will never be screamed at from the raid lead, we look at things objectively and having a fun night is our highest priority. We might be a tad slower this season or within our methods of dealing with roadblocks but we will get to our goals eventually!
- Players who can help out with M+ when online and generally a relaxed atmosphere within and outside the raid while still pursuing our goals attentively!
