So I noticed that in 9.1.5 heirloom rings and necks no longer have a primary stat. Of course they’re given more secondaries to compensate and some have different secondaries (though some are now pretty much duplicates). Also Dread Pirate Ring and Man’ari Training Amulet got buffed (they’re on the same level as other loom rings/necks).
IDK if anyone even cares about heirlooms at this point but I thought it might be worth pointing out.
Only reason I use heirlooms these days is I already have a set with enchants on which work great up to around level 30, then I use them just so I don’t have to keep changing gear every twenty minutes up to around level 40 / 45 (some are at Legion level).
They aren’t worth buying or upgrading anymore. Can’t remember the buffs but I do remember thinking they were pretty useless.
Do we still have the secondary stat soft caps? Or they abandoned the idea?
Also, how come that in this expansion secondary stat value is so much lower than before even at similar stat % levels?
Does someone know what happened?
I do not like the soft caps if they still exist, but this low value of secondary stats cannot be only done by soft caps. Generally by this point in the expansion, secondary stats are 1.5 times more valuable than primary, in general, so the thing that comes to mind, is that they likely buffed primary stats, compared to secondary.
