9.2 / Shadowlands Ending Leak (HUGE SPOILERS!)

Personally i couldn’t give a rats ars* about spoilers. But there are for some reason few on here that do, so if you don’t put spoilers in the title. Those people become the center of the thread with their complaining. So to keep everyone in order, you have no choice.

Someone will get pissed off, no matter what. Without the word in the title.

Regarding the spoiler.

Even if the power levels are not quite on par with titans it’s still one hell of a way to devalue a character XD.

True. But i can deal with that given we knew about their origin from the start and it wasnt a mystery. They havent said that the Titans were created by the First Ones too (right now it rather looks like it that the First Ones tried to mimic the Titans for their Shadowlands system).

And the power levels are a joke. Even someone as physically and mentally broken like Argus managed to kill us (and he only failed because we are lorewise able to corpserun with Eonar creating a bridge between the inbetween and the mortal plane) while Denathrius was turned into an, arguably very cool and enjoyable, oversized loot piñata.

None of the Eternal Ones so far portrayed a power level that even remotely comes close to Argus or Aggramar (and im going to ignore Sargeras here given he was an abomination amongst the Titans) aside from Zovaal.

“”""""“LEAK”""""""

Complete sentence for the bot.

Yeah same, I went from not caring to negative caring. But my overall point was that we are getting less and less mystical or magical elements in the game and more and more mechanical ones. Like we “we took a space ship to argus” then it escalated to “we are literally fighting a war with tanks that shoot lazars” and now we get “a machine that creates gods essentially”. You know what I mean ? The “old way” was “Oh the tree Dragon aspects were ordinary proto dragons who helped defeating the big bad proto dragon and the titans used their mojo to power level them”, in the “new way” that story would probably go something like “The aspects were genetically engineered to defeat a robot chicken”.

Who is this “Zorval”? Is he a new character of something?

He has a cauldron in the maw, that’s all we know about him.

I’m split here. But that is because i grew up with the Might and Magic series. Which had a lot of Sci-Fi elements in their games (and i dont Heroes). So i can relatively tolerate the Sci-Fi elements in WoW especially since Warcraft 1 was practically Humans vs Aliens anyhow.

Shadowlands however doesnt sit well with me since i think how the Shadowlands operate is not that good and the NPCs inside of it have the average brain activity of a dead tortoise.

The Jailer

M&M was awesome and I wish I didn’t grew out of the game and genre as a whole. And true WC always had Sci Fi elements, but the magical elements were more prominent, however it feels like we are getting the reverse with Blizzard essentially explaining everything magic related with science. And granted “magic is a science we are yet to understand” but for me they are going way overboard with it.

There is a mod that lets you play at least 6, 7 and 8 at once. Allowing your party to travel between the continents as well as having the recruitment system of 8 and the ability to have everything scale to your level (which can pretty much instagib you at certain areas that would otherwise be a cakewalk).

As i said i can tolerate it so far. We knew spaceships existed since TBC given the Draenei and the legion having the Eredar and using their ships.

For the Eternal Ones they are, imo, not much different than Titanic Keepers/Eartherns the Titans created. Just that the Eternal ones used a machine to create the protype and then breath actual life into them like the Titans did with their keepers etc.

Speaking of mixing Sci Fi and Fantasy elements done good. The League of Legends universe does an excellent job imo, especially now with the Arcane series where we learn (or maybe just me because I don’t actually play the game itself and am loosely following the lore) how the Hextech was build and what it actually means.

Yeah im out in that regards. I havent touched LoL for quite some time at this point and havent paid any attention whatsoever to their lore as a result. And the couple times i logged on was solely because my mates pestered me because they were lacking someone.

Watch the series if you find the time, it’s good even if you are not a LoL fan.

Special Time Crimes Division.

That was a funny read.

I have never played LoL but its made me even more hyped for the mmo.

Summary

makes sense considering we could activate a relic of the first ones that not even the chuckler could activate. If we essentially live on Zereth Mortis we also have direct ties to the first ones.

Having a He-man moment aren’t ya? :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Don’t worry, we all would :stuck_out_tongue:

Not even snort the soulstuff Magni deserve that fate…

Even if it’'s stupid, it’s probably fake, too complicated for braindead wow story writers

It’s interesting.

I have been expecting the expansion to end with Sylvannas self-sacrifice or suicide. Especially now that she has been given her Soul back.

So I guess this theory makes so sort of sense.
