So what are you guesses for 9.2.5 release date? Since I kinda wanna try to dream for how long I will be able to enjoy my tier set after I craft it in creation catalyst 
Well i am pretty sure you are going to use it in 9.2.5 as well. But probably July (?)

at this time i am more interested in knowing what 10.0 is bringing and what date then what 9.2.5 is bringing .this expansion is mostly finished .

I think it depends on whether 9.2.5 will already include the season 4 specific content. If not, then it shouldn’t take too long for the PTR build to get finalized - so I’d guess that it could go live around late May, early June.
But if Blizz wants to include season 4 raid affixes, balance tuning around that, new item vendors, etc. then testing will take much longer. That would maybe be a July release.

It is only new season nothing new pretty much, my guess is July/august.
I think 9.2.5 will include season 4.
As you said it’s included in the PTR in some Points already.
Yet i think 9.2.5 will drop later, late summer.
Probably September/October.
Catalyst is out next week only, i don’t think they’ll drop season 4 so soon.
Also 10.0 will be 100% 2023, probably February/March

Well they said that S4 will roll out with the same pace that regular seasons came in SL.
S1 - Release (End of November 2020) - lasted 7 months
S2 - Korthia (Beginning of July 2021) - lasted 7/8 months
S3 - ZM (End of Feb 2022) - ???
If S3 will last 7/8 months, same as previous 2 seasons did, we’re looking at August / September release. By that maths, new expansion rolls out Q1 2023.

Morgan day said that the optimal length of a season is 6-8 months so you are looking at an august release at the earliest and an october release at the latest i guess
10.0 won’t come out at the very least until feb/march 2023
