Why does it display my character as level 28 when it is 60 and say i’m in a guild on a server i havent been in for 3 weeks?

top right corner, click on portrait, change character, select the 60 one.
It can be a bit slow to update on the forum as well. Sometimes logging out of the game and your forum account can help.
This is the 60 one, it seems to be stuck thinking i havent played it since before i realm swapped. idk not a big deal just kinda annoying
Swap and then swap back, it’ll probably force a refresh.
Log out and log in.

Go on the change character button and your character Venatrix will appear in the selection in its updated form.
This is the best way to resolve it. Log out of forums, log back into forums.

Hey Venatrix,
apart from logging out/in, I would also suggest a password reset on your account, could potentially fix things as well.
Make sure to delete WTF and WDB folders.
