<Aetherflow> [EU-Ravencrest] is a new World of Warcraft guild, and here’s our manifesto:
- No-Stress, entertaining gaming sessions, over arguments and drama within the community.
- Interesting and fun personalities, over perfect technical skill sets.
- Teamwork, over individual performance.
- Responding to change, over following a plan.
- Including and training less experienced players, over rejecting them.
Raid Goal
Achieve a consistent Cutting Edge clear, on a relaxed raiding schedule and atmosphere (a maximum of 3 raids per week, with a maximum of 3 hours per raid). There are no requirements beyond basic self-gearing effort during the early tier in a new expansion. You will never be asked to run endless Mythic+ grinds, level alts, etc.
How did this start?
Little over two months ago, I started organizing BoD & CoS Heroic runs on premade group finder, with a little different approach than usual, taking players who were inexperienced in the raid and unlikely to be accepted in the average PuG.
Every run was successful, and more than 120 players earned their first Jaina and Uu’nat heroic kills in these PuG raids. Many of these players liked playing together and stuck around to start a mythic raiding guild with an enjoyable, yet still efficient raiding atmosphere.
In our first week of raiding mythic together we killed 3 bosses, and started our first pulls on Opulence.
We raid Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 19:30 - 22:30 server time.

We are still in the very early stages of forming our roster, so we will consider all classes. That being said, the following are on high priority at the moment:
