the character stuck doesnt work either, says you have to be logged out for it to work. very helpful.

Still not fixed…they really need to get their fingers out
Made a character and got her to level 7, now when i try login with her it says the name already exists. Im like huh? Glad im not the only one with the issue.

is this ever gonna get resolved it’s been 12 hours now i pay for this game and i can’t play for 12 hours cause of a simple bug

yeah this is getting beyond a joke, it’s pre patch where people are trying to level and gear as quickly as possible to be ready for wrath launch, I was lvl 66 and would have easily been 70 tonight and part of the way through getting honor for the pvp 2h sword… but now that’s being pushed back til when ever blizz can be arsed to fix the issue (or even respond to say “we’re working on it”)

not been able to lvl any of my dks as they all went oofline when server crashed at 11am this morning tried ticket and i got in response its that its been resolved which it hasnt
I thought after a good sleep it would be fixed… not!! Good job Blizzard. Cant do annything on my main now for what, 15/16 maybe 17 hours.
still cant login either, many hours later and ticket shows a day
Hey guys, I got response to my ticket. Long story short:
“hello I can not login my character, I tried everything this support page suggested (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/8387)”
and the response is like:
“We know your time is precious. Have you tried things suggested here?(https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/8387)”
At least its free to play game so there is no reason to be mad (sarcasm)
so they didnt acually do anything to get the character unstuck and it still is stuck?
I had a GM response saying that he fixed it and I still can’t enter…
Blizzard, is this a joke?
Tried making another char, didnt work. Got an error now he cant find any of my chars! Its getting better and better
