Wish classic had vanilla customer service to recreate the fully experience.
it’s been 24 hours paying for a service that we can’t have access 2 it’s getting annoying ( i have my days off so i can play …)
Server is down atm. Hopefully they are fixing the problem. One can only hope.
Thanks Arythwinn for replying, alas tried all the above and even a fresh wow install with the same issue, the characters are logged in where the 30 min kick period is not occurring (one of my characters has been logged in now for over 24hrs) can you please escalate this matter up the chain somehow to investigate to how to resolve it (may need a restart?) as I’ve now got 3 characters all in the same state and the csr rep from my ticked did not read what i wrote and did a copy paste reply

Same here, can’t even make a ticket about it, 6 days waiting time, what a joke
I have the same issue, but I also have no idea how to open an ingame ticket for this. Support system seems really complicated and doesn’t allow you anywhere to open an ingame ticket. PLS HELP!
I have the same problem too. Server character Buglos from Pyrewood Village. Unable to login with the same error. Please solve it and communicate with the players. Some can’t log in for 3 days and your advice on what to do in that case is of no use to anyone.
I got a reply on my ticket, my char is moved! And it worked. Hope you guys experience the same soon

Understandable that support is swamped with the server problems going on but it has been a day since characters started having this issue. I had my ticket initially responded to this morning, but still waiting for character to be fixed while waiting for the next reply. Still hoping to get some battlegrounds done over the weekend, those honor points aren’t going to earn themselves!
it’s been 30 hours now we paid for this … like how can a problem last 30 hours just how … + it’s weekends made a ticket did everything they told me to do … nothing works
