I can’t log in with my character named “Tomyxl” on server Stitches, while i log in with another character i see my character online and can /w him…

I have same problem with char named Vendeto on serv Stitches. Tried things from link and already passed almost 3h… so what is goin on?
Yeah i tried all things from the link too, nothing helped… it would be so great if there is any technical support who is working while we paying for this game
Tips for you guys, as was in you case and used the in-game help functionnality “stuck character”.
From an other character go Help Request → Contact Support > In game issue > Character Problem > Stuck Character Service > Continue > Select you character (be patient, only click once and wait)
It worked for me I could log in on my char and it didnt move.
