Went to sleep after Dreadnaught went down last night. I came on this morning fresh ready to play, and I cant enter world with my main char. I have the same issue listed above. I went onto the support website to try talk with someone via live chat. Literally no way to get in contact with anyone, only option is to make a ticket. 4 day wait time…
Character stuck service just solved the problem for me.

How did you get in contact with a gamemaster? I find it almost impossible to get help
I tried this suggestion, and I got,
'Oops! It looks like something went wrong.
We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists.’
Pretty sure there’s a cooldown for this as well so I wouldn’t be surprised if this has put me on cooldown and not actually allowed me to enter world zzz.
