[A - Community RP] Commoners of Argent Dawn

Concept
The Commoners of Argent Dawn is an Alliance based community (so NOT a guild) for Civilian-themed RP. Even though a lot of players are already part of a Guild, they still perform commoner-themed professions; Blacksmith, Miner, Lumberjack, Librarian, Thief, Tailor, Bartender, Traders, Servant, … You name it! And for these people we’ll be there too!

With this Community we would like to connect the Alliance players of Argent Dawn EU so they can easily find each other IC’ly and create a more immersive form of role-playing.

For example; ‘Your military division will go on a mission and require lumber and cloth to set up camp. Also they will require a Blacksmith to handle broken weapons.’

Through this community you will be able to easily add this more realistic part to your role-play experience!

The ‘Commoner’ Guild
The thriving force behind this community is the guild called ‘Commoner’. They will create and organise community-based events, which are able to attend by all Alliance players on the Argent Dawn EU realm.

This guild also welcomes those who RP as civilians/commoners and don’t want to get guild-invites the whole time. Because being a member of ‘Commoner’ is OOC.

‘Commoner’ will be hosting several weekly/monthly events on the realm of Argent Dawn EU:

• Profession-specific events

• Tournaments

Q&A
“How do others know what my character’s profession is?”
- We will add it in your Note within the Community-roster!

“Can my military-themed character join?”
- Of course. Everyone is welcome to the community as long as you do not use it to promote guild recruitment.

“Can I create Community-Events myself?”
- Everyone is able to host events. Although we advise to contact members of ‘Commoner’ to help facilitate your event!

“Can I use the Community chat channels to recruit for my guild?”
- We have a separate chat channel to promote your guild and place recruitment posts. But please do not spam it.

Stormwind Harbor Market

Commoner is hosting the first Stormwind Harbor Market!

Enjoy an evening of strolling along the docks while browsing the variety of wares that are offered to you by vendors from across the world. Rejoice as you buy that ring you always wanted, while you enjoy the amazing Pandaren cuisine, purchasing that mysterious amulet and so much more!

The event will continue as long as the Vendors are willing to sell their wares.

Around the docks of Stormwind Harbor, you will find several vendors who have set up their stall. They will sell you a variety of items that you are able to purchase. You might even try to haggle the price!

Going once, going twice, sold!

At the ninth bell (9pm realm time) an auction with the most exotic items will take place on one of the docked ships.

Excellent! In order to become a Market Vendor, you will need to contact Tholdor in-game.

Apart from his duty as a Soldier, Norward inherited the craft of a bladesmith from his father. On Sunday, he will be selling some swords he ‘renovated’ and will be offering the service of wrapping your sword’s hilt with a brand new leather grip!
