Depends, lore and NPC names work weird. For example I managed to get the name Skadi for my shaman (which in-game is a dungeon boss), but other boss names were unavailable (and yes I checked if they were free).

Just make sure you don’t tell any one about that your name is cenarius or show it off on the forums or something.
People can report you and blizz will flag for rename if found guilty of using un-allowed names.
Had a friend back in WoW who had to rename his “naruto” character.
Will probably be the same for cenarius
