Hello,
How bad would it be if I’ll open a warrior character with the name: Cairne, but he will be a highmountain tauren?

P.S - Cairne as in Cairne Bloodhoof

I’d say go for it: I’m sure people could name their child after someone they looked up to and Caribe was a big deal when he was alive :blush:

If you wanna be lore friendly make him undead.

You can’t really as he wasn’t a human and undead can look only like humans… I wish there would be more customisation for them :confused:

Well, I am called Cenarius at the moment with a funny character because the game won’t let me use the name, not because he is taken, probably because he’s an npc/boss in the game, so i bet Cairne will be the same, but I like him a lot!

you’ll have to use funny letters but go for it, plenty of silly names ingame already.

Male Forsaken Warrior - Frandis (Frandis Farley) ?

I have one, it just that the names I want are all taken so I’m going a different path.
I also thought about Broxigar because he took the axe of cenarius, but I like Cairne better.

Picking names from within this franchise has always been one of my pet peeves.
I can’t stand it. It’s one of the reasons I rolled on an RP server; to have a bit stricter naming policy.

But meh. You do you, I suppose.
I’ll just be under my desk… Crying.

I have other cool names I promise you. Stay strong :slight_smile:
When the game returns to it self I might change to actual fun nicks, at the moment I don’t feel like “wasting” my good nicks if I won’t stay for long this time around.
