A difference between alliance and horde resto spec?

heh,

I have an 85 horde resto druid (Troll ) and an alliance resto druid 85 (NE)

both are identically specced - same talents, same glyphs etc

with my alliance resto druid rejuv or regrowth triggers swiftmend
with my horde druid rejuv will not trigger swiftmend ONLY regrowth will

am I missing something here??
