Discipline is a hardcore guild with a core of experienced retail mythic raiders and private server players. We are the top guild on Mirage Raceway and our plan is to progress through all tiers of content in a swift, efficient and smooth manner. We offer a high quality, streamlined and serious raiding experience with plenty of fun outside of raids. With all current content cleared we focus on improving clear times, preparing for future raid tiers and killing world bosses.
Molten Core: 10/10, realm first. Fastest clear: 41 minutes, 45 seconds.
Onyxia: 1/1, realm first - Split runs.

All raid times are in CEST during the summer and CET during the winter. Wednesday 19:00-22:00 (Molten Core, Onyxia’s Lair)
Sunday 1800-22:00 (Potential Onyxia’s Lair)
Tuesday 19:00-22:00 (Not used at this time)
Onyxia’s Lair is equally as mandatory as Molten Core, and will always be done on the first raid day after the reset (It resets every 5 days. We try to combine our Molten Core runs with the Onyxia runs whenver possible to remove the need for double preparation.). Attendance will be tracked for both Onyxia’s Lair and Molten Core. We require sign-ups on the website for Molten Core on Wednesdays, but there will be no sign-ups for Onyxia’s Lair as we will go with whoever is online (It will still be present on the website calendar, though!).
We strive for perfection in our raids. Fast, smooth clears are our top priority. All our members should focus on self improvement and improving their teamwork. Most importantly we must all show up to raids prepared and read the sheets in advance. Skill, World Buffs, proper use of consumables and spreadsheets make a much bigger difference than a full set of post-raid BiS ever could! Loot is a great tool for achieving our goal, but it’s not a goal in itself. Any good piece of loot that drops is a huge win for the guild no matter who receives the item. We try our best to distribute loot fairly while keeping the guild’s best interests in mind. We don’t want to deal with loot drama at all, and if you care deeply about loot this is probably not the guild for you.
All world buffs currently available are mandatory for Molten Core. This means we expect you to show up with Songflower Serenade, Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer and all the Dire Maul buffs. We also encourage the use of Songflower Serenade and Dire Maul buffs for Onyxia’s Lair, but they are not mandatory. We pop Onyxia Heads every Wednesday at 12:45 and 18:45 server time. We expect you to sort our your Dire Maul buffs on your own.

We will be using a loot council for distributing loot. Loot distribution will be based mainly on attendance and performance in raids. Attendance involves the ability to show up on time and maintain an attendance above 90%. Should you fall below 90% attendance you will not be eligible for loot until your attendance is back above 90%. Performance involves the ability to consistently stay focused, avoid unnecessary deaths, successfully deal with boss mechanics and perform well in your role. The usage of consumables and degree of preparation for raids will also be considered, along with seniority and attitude. The Loot Council can choose to deviate from these rules if we believe we are acting in the guild’s best interests. A read-only version of the attendance/draft spreadsheet available to all members of the guild and are linked in the #announcements channel.
Choice of professions and race
We do not want to force anyone to pick the optimal race and professions for their class/role, but we highly encourage it. In particular, we encourage everyone to pick up engineering on their mains for raiding. Some truly amazing feats can be pulled off with enough Goblin Sapper Charges!
Discord and Guild Website
We will be using the Discipline - Mirage Raceway discord server for voice communications during raids, groups, PvP and other stuff. Several voice channels are available for each purpose. News and announcements will also be posted here. We have a Guild Website which will be used for signing up to raids since no in-game calendar exists. Drafts to our raid group will be done based on sign ups on the website.
