Hello adventurers! 
My name is Guillhelm. I am the guild master of “Heroes of the Alliance”.
We’re a very casual, beginner-friendly, social guild focused on providing its members with a cozy, supportive environment where they can grow, chill and play at their own pace. There are about 300 (active, we regularly perform cleanses) of us in total.
We’re looking for new members - mainly for raiding, running dungeons and chatting. We accept people of all classes, roles, levels and nationalities. The only requirement is to be able to communicate in English as that’s the only language we’re using.
We don’t have a fixed raid schedule, but we’ve mainly run on Saturday evenings so far. We’re using DKP for guild raids and MS > OS +1 (no SRs) for mixed raids (with pugs).
There are 2 very different types of raids happening in our guild:
Standard raid
We go in, coordinate our actions well, kill the bosses, have some funny conversations, get loot etc. This is the space where we typically try to progress and play as best as we can. You typically should already know something about the specific raid before you join.Exploration/learning raid
And this is where we are simply having fun - typically during our first attempts. Many people have never seen the Classic raids, so this is the space where they can explore, learn the story, and see the bosses for the first time. You are not obligated to know anything about the specific raid/read any guide beforehand. People who know the fights will explain everything you need to know step-by-step. We take our time, immerse ourselves, visit every room, explore every nook, mine every node, kill every mob, try out many things as we go, joke a lot, learn from mistakes, and simply have some good time (RP welcome). Wipes will happen. Getting through all the bosses/getting loot is not our goal here.
