Brinley Greycliff, recently promoted to the Kul Tiran Trade Council, signed the missive with a flourish. He looked out over Unity Square. Despite Kul Tiras’ reentry into the Alliance, most of the Islanders still held deep seated reservations about the Mainlanders. He glanced down and reread his letter.
Citizens of the Alliance!
Kul Tiras thrives once more, thanks in no small part to the brave emissaries sent to us my High King Anduin. Already, burgeoning trade flows between Boralus and the Alliance ports, and our fleet proudly serves alongside the wider Alliance navy.
I am writing to invite you, as our allies, to attend a grand Festival of the Tides, to see all that Boralus has to offer, and for those merchants among you, to sell your wares in prime territory. For more than a decade, all non Kul Tiran trade has been confined to Tradewinds Market. The Trade Council has generously decreed that mainland stalls may be set up in Upton Borough, for a limited time, to reach new customers and allow Islanders a taste of the mainland.
A Tidesage will hold a sermon in Unity Square, for those faithful attending, or mainlanders curious about the Faith of the Tidemother, and I understand the Kul Tiran Marine Corps will be organising a series of brawls for anyone to take part in, and perhaps, make a few coins over.
The Kul Tiran Trade Council also wishes to announce that several ships will offer free passage between Stormwind and Boralus over the course of the weekend for any mainlander wishing to attend the Festival.
I hope to see many of our allies, new and old, in attendance on the 1st September at 7pm.

Brinley Greycliff

Spontaneous shops and activities are welcome on the day, of course.
With regards to illicit items, I kindly ask that you remember that Upton is heavily patrolled, and what Kul Tiras does with law breakers.
