A few problems with marksmanship

First of all you need to bump up the % damage of razor fragments.

25% of the damage of kill shot is just not enough.

Venthir covenant legendary used to be 60%.

Also, fragments are capped, you have to “waste” a gcd into something that doesn’t proc wind arrows, and doesn’t do as much damage as multi shot.

Also, rapid fire should also proc wind arrows.

MM is screwed mate. Like all the other hunter specs without a murmur from Blizz what they are going to do about it. So it’s a quit/reroll situation.
