A few questions on server transfers

Hello,

I am a returning player thinking of transferring my characters as my server is unfortunately dead :frowning:

I have a few questions, however:

  1. Can I transfer Multiple characters or just one?

  2. I see gold is capped, but will my bank and bag contents transfer with me?

  3. What are the best servers for active players of all levels?

These apply to TBC realms.

  1. Multiple, all of them if it’s to a free transfer realm you are looking at.
  2. Yes
  3. Alliance or Horde? PvP or PvE.

Two questions you didn’t ask, you can now have Characters on PvP realms on both factions and have up to 50 characters on one realm.

Can you move multiple from a free transfer server?

Also to what servers can you free transfer to if free transfer is available on your server?

You can, if there’s free transfer, move as many as you have, one at a time.

If you have free transfer you get a drop down menu with the possible target servers after having chosen the character, you want to move.

Try it out, you have to press accept (or a like word) in the end to start the transfer, so looking is risk free :wink:
