< the Pals >
The Pals is a brand new Classic guild, former and current Cutting Edge retail guild. Guilds made up of the original 3 that made the retail guild, now only 2 of the 3 officers control that guild, with me having stepped back to focus more on our Classic guild.
All this means we’re a tight knit group, where a lot of us know each other from Retail. We do pride ourselves of being inclusive for people who are of the same humour and material as we are.
Currently recruiting for the last few DPS and healer spots for our 25-man roster for wrath + tanks for our 10-man groups (Being able to OT for 10-mans is highly valued in our guild, and does make an impact on loot)
We’re currently not on a Schedule, as we havnt been a real raid team in TBC however, we have most, if not everything planned for Wrath.
Our planned raid days are as follows:
· Wednesday 19:00-23:00 ST - 25-man Content
· Thursday 19:00-23:00 ST - 10-man Content
That being said, the longer we get in the tier, and the better we become at clearing, raid days will end sooner rather than later.
We’re currently looking for the following classes:
1 x Resto Shaman - Very high priority.
1 x Resto Druid - Medium Priority.
1-2 x Mage - Medium/High Priority.
Another other class is welcome to msg me, we might have spots open, and if you wanna be a social or 10-man gamer, hit me up.
Now its a given, we plan on having a bigger roster than 25 man, this allows people to have off-days, something more natural in Classic than Retail. This also means, we can’t guarantee every week of 25 man content, however we can guarantee, that you will not be benched 2 weeks in a row, if you want to play.
This also means, we welcome any player that can abide by the above statement, and finds that fair.
Loot system: We are using ThatsMyBis.com, in combination with RCLoot council. Our plan as officers is to let as much loot as we can be sorted through ThatsMyBis, to decrease Loot drama, but use Lootcouncil and then decide through the wishlists, how loot will go.
Person specification:
Communication: English + working microphone is required, we do not require socialising on open mic, but be able to call mechanics if needed.
High attendance (provide notice if absence is expected) and focus during raid time.
Knowledge of your class is mandatory, and that entails optimal consumables, gems and enchants. (We as Officer, will always help with this if needed, we are not the enemy)
Maintaining a friendly and respectful atmosphere is highly prioritised. Being active and willing to help other guild members is emphasised regardless of skill or experience!
