Where is Saurfang???
Quest description stated he is in orgrimmar but highly doubt it.
Have you completed the whole of the questline The Fate of Saurfang. It seems that not fully completing this will have an impact on Phasing.

Bracelet should be created and in bag otherwise Saurfang will be invisibile.
