That probably happen due to you harassing the player or insulting them.
I guess they won’t let you have the gains from your botting OP. What they usually do is just remove the ability to make tickets. So you should stop making them.
So… you got a ban and during tvat time you lost stuff that was in your mail? I would just consider this part of the punishment.
Don’t worry it will probably take you 30 minutes to farm the Linen cloth and Ruined leather scraps that you may have lost.
That’s the advantage of being lvl 10, everything can easily be re-farmed, it’s not like we are talking about epics or expensive mats.
I mean their customer service isn’t worthy of having the word service in the name of the function, it is a sad state of affairs really.
what i lost is +300 Large Prismatic Shard, +200 Greater Planar Essence,+4000 Adamantite Ore and many level 60 scrolls among other valuable stuff.
You can just bot again and get them all again.
