We are just a group of people that we have met ingame, doing dungeons around the same time at night. After so many dungeons and time spend together, this evolved to a Constant Party at EU nights. We all come from different guilds, in fact some of us were just guildless when we started in Classic.
We share a same style of playing this game, which is the most efficient and enjoyable in our opinion; helping each other and always playing together. We didn’t find any guild that matches our game style, and that’s why we are creating a guild of our own. We are a mix of experienced people from Vanilla, some come from retail and are playing Classic for the first time, some even didn’t play the game before. Whatever is your case, no worries as we are here to help and together reach all the PVE raiding goals and ofc crush all those demons and evils from horde, in wPVP and Premade BGs!
<< LEVELING EXPERIENCE AND PROGRESSION >>
Right now we are all close to be lvls 60, so we are clearing now dungeons for Pre-Raid BIS for all of us.
That doesn’t mean that we are not open to recruit players in different levels and stages. As long as you share the guild’s phylosophy, doesn’t matter your level, we will help you as much as possible.

Do you perform level boosting?
If you understand level boosting as putting you in a party so you get free exp and can lvl your char with no effort…No, we don’t. We don’t believe in boosting people, but rather in leveling naturally, if possible in group. We do think that this is the way someone really learns how to use the char and class to its full potential.
That doesn’t mean that we don’t help people in their leveling experience. We use to do complete quest logs for dungeons, help with elite quests and even when going for dungeon, we try to organize in a way that some can help with leveling and some others go to help in dungeon parties. As everything, if you need help, just ask. The attitude and the vibe of the guild is so helpful, so don’t feel afraid to ask for it if you need it 
How the leveling experience will be layed out?
We really recommend constant parties. As we grow as a guild, and we are more and more active people, we expect you, as we did when we were leveling, to find people that you can level with at the times that you log in, so you never are alone and can clear the whole content and quests with no issues. We all have rights to invite new members to the guild, so feel free to join your friends to the guild! 
Does this mean that I won’t receive any help from other members and high lvls from the guild?
Not at all! As previously said, there is always people that is available to help low levels for quests or just anything you need, even when we all meet for dungeon, there is always someone ready to help or just answer any question about your class, profession, items, BIS…whatever you need (see below PROFESSION REQUESTS)
And how about PVP camping? I’ve heard that in phase 2 there will be a lot of those hordies beasts smashing our beloved allies, even in low level areas?!!! Are you going to take it lightly if they camp us?
Not even close! We are brothers in arms, and as such we fight together the endless war against the evil! There will be appointed PVP parties that will guard and make sure that no hordie ruins your leveling experience (via PROFESSION REQUESTS or the guild chat)

While there is some of us that play during the day as well, we meet for dungeons around 23,00 Server Time. We use to be awake until 05,00AM. Yeah we are nocturnal hehe ^^
The raiding times will be discussed with a poll using Discord, but with all certainty will be one day from Monday to Friday (night) and the second one on Sunday (afteroon/night)
The server is GOLEMAGG
About the language, we all speak in English, despite not all of us being from native english speaking countries. As long as you can read and write and we can understand what you type, is more than enough! This is a Wow guild, not a university haha
We use Discord, and we have all the implemented systems working through roles using this app, so having it installed is a must
<< NO SECOND CLASSES >>
We have all been in guilds that made us feel like a second class. All that just leads to drama when looting and prioritizing one member over another, which of course is great for all those being at the top, but terribly discouraging for all those that can’t keep up with the pace of the top and so will never be part of them.
This is not the case of this guild. EVERYONE is important. No matter the class you play, the time you play, your gear or your skill level. We help everyone exactly the same way, no preference.
In fact, there won’t be any officials or different ranks in the guild. We will all be the same. If it was for me I would demote myself for member if I were able to manage everything from there!haha
<< RAID/DUNGEON LOOT, CLASSES RECRUITMENT & CHOOSING A SPEC >>
About Raid/Dungeon loot, we don’t believe in DKP or Loot Council, as they always tend to prioritize people that spend more time ingame or are just part of the “VIP class” of the guild. While this could seem the most efficient way to make sure that the guild reaches their goals in the faster and more efficient manner, is not fair at all with people that can’t keep up with the pace and ingame time that those so called top players spend ingame. As such, the people end up getting burnout as they realize that they go to Raids but takes so long for them to really have a chance of getting one raiding item. In the same way that we don’t want 1st and 2nd classes, we don’t want any kind of priority in Raids/Dungeons. We feel that is the only way that everyone that attends these meetings are really motivated and have the drive to really kill that Boss, as they all know that have a fair chance of rolling and getting the item they need.
So, the The Raid/Dungeon Loot will be always set to GROUP LOOT/MASTER LOOT for Main Spec. This will probably just matter mostly to healers & tanks, but unless we all have geared up for our main spec, we will not gear and so roll need for sub specs.
About the class and spec that you pick to play, no preference! We want you to play the class and spec that you like the most. We think that the most important thing and what sometimes many guilds forget, in the pursuit of raiding efficiency, is that this is JUST A GAME after all. And as such, we want you to have fun, as we really believe that this is what will make you log in again and again and have the will to spend more and more time ingame sharing that fun with your guild mates, which will ultimately be what will make possible to reach all the top goals that we have ^^

And how about Ninja Looters? If you don’t set at least Master Looter, everybody will be able to roll need for everything
We are giving the same chance to everyone. What they do with it is just up to them. Of course if they just engage in toxic behaviour and ninja looting, they will be instantly be kicked out of the guild. We can understand that someone can make one mistake…and everyone is human and deserves a second chance, but of course if that derails and ends being a “Ninja Looter” behaviour…kicked out. Period.
In the end, even that person, will surely have more chances of getting an item in our guild than in any other guild. If goes ninja…you get that item, but lose the chance of getting all the rest that the guild has to offer. Not worthy. And if it’s worthy for that person…definitely he/she shouldn’t be in such a guild.

Last thing, but in our opinion, probably one of the more cool and nice things we have in this guild!
Using the Discord App, we have set a system, where everybody having a class or a profession will be notified through the app and will be able to answer and help you with your request or question ^^
Asking for advice
This channel has a subchannel for every class. Here you can ask all other classes any doubt you have about your char, skills, talents or just to give vent and share with your peers your frustation with something. We will be glad to help and give advice if needed!^^
Profession Requests
Oh this is really cool! Shares the same phyolosophy of the whole guild layout. And yeah WTH we feel more proud of it!
The motto is: YOU NEED IT. YOU ASK FOR IT. YOU GET IT! FOR FREE!
How this works? You need an item to progress with your profession, a quest or just something that you need because is your BIS or whatever! You go to Discord, post it at the place we have for it. Someone that has that profession receives the notification and answers you. If that person has the mats, do it straight forward and give it to you. If not, saves the request and when he/she can, goes to farm the materials that are needed to fulfill the request. AND THAT’S IT! FOR FREE.
What are you supposed to do in exchange? The same thing! When you join the clan and the discord, you assign your roles with the professions that you have, and so when someone needs your help, you do the exact same thing^^
Forget about Action House, forget about speculators, forget about frustration for not being able to complete something because you can’t gather those materials and nobody can help you. We are here to help, as we expect you to help us out.

Oh oh wait wait, that sounds like a lot of work, and for free oh gimme a break!
We don’t want you to live for this! We want you to enjoy the game. So, just pick the professions you really enjoy doing and apply as much time as you really have and want to it. This way won’t be a “hassle” to help someone out. It doesn’t make any sense that you do something that doesn’t make you happy and have fun doing it!
PROFESSIONS CHOICE
As said above, we want you to perform the profession you love the most. Maybe you like chilling playing music and fishing…maybe you like go farming leather and killing hordies in the way…cloth…who knows! Maybe you are an enchanter and love being broke (as I do xDDD) and disenchanting greens and blues to make sure that everybody in the guild is enchanted with the best you have Whatever makes you happy!
You are not obligated to do it in a professional manner or anything! We are people and we understand that we all have lifes. Do just as much as you can and want. REMEMBER THE POINT HERE IS TO HAVE FUN! If we have everything that the game can supply without the need of endless farming for gold…isn’t this way better???
What professions can you choose?:
- Classic Professions (Main ones and secondary ones)
- PVP Hero ==> You will be expected to protect low levels from those despicables creatures that try to kill our allies (i.e Horde). As such, you will be geared and your talents will be focused for PVP. Ofc we expect you to join some of the PVP Premades that we will form in Phase 2. You will save the honor and avenge all the fallen guildies and make sure that our name is not taken lightly by the horde. Blood must have blood!
- PVE Helper ==> You will be expected to help low levels in quests, low level dungeon farming and general help with PVE content.
You don’t need to have them all! But we need at least that you perform one single profession. As long as you have one and answer the requests the guild mates do for your profession, that’s all we need ^^
Ok so that’s it! Many people will probably say that this is communism or w/e…We think this is COMMON SENSE. We really think that if we work together, all of us will do what they really love, doing half of what we had to do to get what we needed. Is not communism, is TEAM WORK.
