A good place for RP and grouping in dungeons?

Hey! I was thinking of playing a bit of classic wow until Diablo 4 comes out. So I started a char here yesterday. There was ALOT of people in the starting area, but everyone was doing hardcore addon and didn’t wanna do quests together or stuff like that.

Is this server like hardcore only now? Are there ppl to play with when doing dungeons later on? I just wanna play normal pve RP.

I’m in the exact same situation, I was hyped over the VoiceOver addon but I was bummed that the server is infested by hardcore players.
They’re extremely disrespectful either
