What we are looking for?
- Have positive attitude!
- Strong attendance.
- Notify the team in advance if you can’t make a raid.
- Be able to tolerate wiping on mythic bosses during progression.
- Excellent knowledge of your class and spec.
- Learn mechanics quickly and to review your performance.
- Communicate during raids and take an active role in discussion.
- Have the ability to accept being rotated as part of a raiding roster*
*We run a roster of between 25-30 players. We maintain an active bench, and you will be expected to rotate in and out on specific bosses. This roster also allows freedom for real life days off springing up and allowing continuing progress when people have holidays.
