A friend of mine and I had the idea for another core on the oracle hero talent tree which is a bit more special for the only hero talent tree between two healing specs.
The idea is to give the player a light form, just like the shadow form is for shadow. This form could either:

change some skills that the two specs share like:
- change shadow fiend to a light themed pet like the Naaru
- replace holys Shadow Word: Pain with purge of the wicked
- replace discs Mindblast with Holy fire or holy word: Chastice

enhance the existing skills that both specs can use like:
- Power Word: Shield ( make this button relevant for holy and make disc a bit more of a shielding healer and their dmg a bit less relevant)
- the holy healing spells both have like flashheal and Power Word: Life
- Renew
These are just a few examples I bet there are way more possibilities than I can think of right now. This will probably be the only hero talent between two heal specs for a long time, so make it a bit special with some cool flavor
