- You work on continually improving your skill and gear to the best possible standard, keeping up-to-date on the latest specific class information.
- You are able to take constructive feedback on how to improve your gameplay.
- You come to raids fully prepared with knowledge of tactics and correct enchants, glyphs and consumables appropriate for your class.
- You are friendly and constructive towards your fellow raiders.

We recruit the player, not the class, so exceptional players will always be considered, regardless or role or openings.
