The quest ‘A Multi-Front Battle’ requires you to speak to Vaskarn (item upgrades NPC) in the Emerald Dream, however, as of Season 4, they appear to have moved out of the Dream to Valdrakken completely, making the quest unable to be completed.
Meeting Vaskarn in Valdrakken does not complete the quest. I have attempted to abandon and re-accept the quest which did not help. Relogging also did not help.
I don’t understand why Vaskarn is just completely gone, considering they seem to be still hanging around in Loamm despite Season 2 being long over.

I can confirm I have the same issue here , Fresh level 70 and I was doing the campaign till this quest [A Multi-Front Battle] and no way to finish the quest because Vaskarn is gone.

Same Problem here, don´t understand why they delete him in Amidrassil. Cause u can upgrade also in Season 4

As an update: Vaskarn has returned to the Emerald Dream for me!
Hope they’re back for anyone else who had the same issue.
