In Stormwind around the fountain there are six Pandarian Death knights
all level 10 all with the same gear so they look identical and all without weapons. This has made me curious. Someone on Argent Dawn posted the same noted in Org back in November any ideas?

They are advertisers that spam services with WTS boost and stuff.

Just report them and move on with your day 
They’re all throwaway accounts I believe as they always have the new player icon when I see them. DK panda is just the fastest way to get a new character on a new account to a city.
It wasn’t really a thing last expansion because then DK pandaren were still limited to SL owners.

Yeah unfortunately.
I just wish Blizzard would add some further forms of account verification, so they can reduce the amount of bot spam that is happening.
I personally feel sorry for new players who are coming into the game and once they arrive in Stormwind or Orgrimmar their general chat is SPAMMMMMMMMED with all their crap.
For me, that would be really off putting and would make me reconsider if WoW was a game I wanted to play, if that is what the chat is like (not all new players know how to turn off services/trade channels straight away).
Or at least have those channels turned off by default. Then with those bots spamming general chat, Blizzard would finally have to do something about it.

i dont think they’re bots that’s just one person with an addon that keeps spamming on trade chat and when they get a reply they answer so i doubt that there’s botting involved in that.
I knew a few I whispered about finding out if they could make the cloak and bracers that I needed, all uses the same reply/responses.
So I just took it on that, that pretty much they were all bots. But it’s a shame that the farming groups are spamming so much, that you can’t make out, which ones are legit.

Like Annesathiel have said they are advertisers. It is indeed strange phenomena that most of those characters are DK pandas and it’s like that on every server i have played or been phased to.
I have a feeling all those accounts have been created under the same VPN IP!
Do like me and pass time by reporting them for botting/similar.
Oh for that I go into the Zaralek Cavern and report every single bot that is flying their set routes to farm ores and herbs. Always druids or evokers!

DK pandaren have a very short intro, they’re not allied races so they’re unlocked on a new account, and any other class/race would either have to go through Exile’s Reach (can’t pick old zones until completing it at least once) or a hero class starting zone.
