A new game for pc and console

Are you referring to new store mount? :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s less about the mount and more about incentivizing people to commit to 6 months when we’ve had 1 patch so far in shadowlands. Then the highlight content of next patch aside from raiding is more log in for 5 minutes every day or you’ll extend your unlocks for as many days as you don’t play.

The gameplay loop is kinda starting to feel a little scammy.

Iz big ghost kitteh!..shut up and take my money!
Probably best store mount since Heart of the Aspects…although Sunwarmed Furline and Squeakers are close contenders.

:face_with_monocle: Vulpine Familiar is the best.

It’s a fine mount, just wearing a bit too much Fae bling for my personal tastes. I settled on doing the grind for the Llothian Prowler instead…love that Fox, even tho it doesn’t fly.

Survival games a very broad term these days. There’s many different sub genres like mmo survival game (the day before), fps online survival games like dayz and escape from tarkov. Pure survival games no combat, and games like rust with servers and build bases and stuff etc.

There’s many big gaming companies focusing on survival games with huge worlds, that are incredibly popular right now. Quite a few companies are trying to nail MMO survival games right now, basically WoW with bases, quests, dungeons etc and risk/reward with PvP and dropping your hard earned loot on death. Loads of players to interact with and socialise.

Check out ‘the day before’, has potential to be an enormous out of this world survival game. A very ambitious peoject with a ton of hype a round, if blizz did a WoW game like that man I would be so excited.

I hope it’s a survival game similar to ARK :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I don’t see a reason why they would tbh, where else are they going to get their income from?
Overwatch?
Heroes of the storm?
Hearthstone?
Lean entirely on the activision half?
Seems a bit of a weird strategy to do stop developing wow and put it on maintenance mode before you have a product that can and does replace it in terms of incoming revenue

Seems like overwatch 2 flatlined hmmm ? XD

I have absolutely zero confidence in blizzards dev team to Produce something good and new to be honest.

Oufffff to be honest, tarkov is my new addiction. It’s my 4th wipe now and it’s still great.

The dev team at bsg is a whole another level then blizzard. The communication with the players is great, they fix stuff fast, they actually listen to the playerbase.

I played this game waaaay more then wow the last 2 years.

I have my hopes really high up for ARK 2 later this year. They also got Mark Sinclair in the game as a character, which I found a bit odd, but hey, he’s a decent enough actor.

I’m kinda scared they will change it too much and it wont feel like ark anymore, i just want them to improve on what we already have nothing crazy new.
And Vin Diesel in it has me worried

Exciting news!! Can’t wait to see what they do.

Same for me! Im enjoying this wipe soooo much. Played 4 wipes too first 3 pretty casually, getting so many more kills this wipe with inertia change. Only thing that’s getting me down is the hacks. Had a real bad night sunday with people flying, shooting through walls instant head shot lol. Spose it’s in every game at the moment though.

Same for me, i always there to around level 35 and then i stop doing quests and just enjoy PvP, grouping with my best friend, Boss hunting.
It’s just so much fun.

Microsoft move was for the future, a strategic investment.
They will shower money, alot of it to the projects of ActiBlizzard, new and existing ones.

Any arguments about WoW going to be put in maintenance mode, its from people who arent seeing the big picture.

Wow is already in maintenance mode.

SC2, D3, HS, OW, HotS, W3R and now D2R were released after WoW, yet it still remained Blizzard’s main title.

I don’t see why that would change, MMORPGs are expensive to produce in comparison and WoW is still their most monetised game afaik.

Idk what you could reliably sell on a survival game (as you’re usually supposed to build everything from scratch) but even if they go full blown cosmetic shop it’s very unlikely that it’ll take WoW’s spot as Blizzard’s favourite cash cow.
