So idk if anyone from blizzard would actually see this but a nice QOL small implement idea
please place a new NPC at the training dummy’s in org, stormwind, dornagol etc that just lets us reset our cool downs so when I practice my rotation and fail it I don’t have to permanently wait 2 minuets for my meta to come off cool down, I can just talk to the guy and continue my practice thank you 
They don’t even have healing dummies there, you want Blizzard to actually update the places they probably haven’t touched since Cata?
They cant. People will abuse with Warlock summoning in the middle of M+ run to reset CD and portal back to DG
A reasonable idea.
Perhaps a bell / gong hanging next to the Dummies which you can click to do it. Slightly more elegant and user friendly.
I mean yea fair point , tbh I’ve not touched healer since like season 1 SL so it never even crossed my mind that they still have not added that

just make it so the npc gives a temp buff or debuff , if you leave the area your cd’s get reset to what they was so if you go to him with cool downs already on cd then leave the area they get put back on cd? , or just the safer option of them all make it so you can’t talk to him if you are in a party though I guess that also carrys weight to be abused leave and then talk to him and reinvite hmm it is a tricky one to work around when you apply warlock gates
