Which character receives it ? I have 60 rerolls and 3 lvl 11 bank alts and I’m not sure I went to go through all of them just for an elusive mail :partying_face:

The first character you logged in after 19:00 CET January 31st would have received the item in the mail.

If you got it the first time in DF, you won’t get it now. They forgot to add that little disclaimer.

We did at a certain renown level. Can’t remember exactly which level it was but the Orc was in the Valdrakken in.

I got stuff during DF from a vendor and I got the mail this time.

it would be kinda nice if Blizzard acknowledged that the reward mail is bugged and maybe shed a little light on how the work is coming along, kinda misleading the community with the blue post only to find that you actually don’t get the mail after farming 5k plunder

Since implementing this reward on Friday, it has become clear that some players aren’t receiving it after earning an additional 5,000 Plunder. We’ve had our best code-pirates working on fixing the fix. We don’t yet have an ETA, but progress is being made thanks to player reports that we can look at.

Tried that actually but, to this day, I’ve not received anything in the mailbox.

well at least you fixed the daily 800 dobloons bug finaly after weeks of it bugging out and only being aviabel on 2nd clear not first one of captains quest - so thank you for that :smiley:

I have the same problem as many others it would seem. I have collected well over 5k plunder, bought a 5k mount, bought both Traders Tender… Nothing. Checked all my alts just in case. No mail :frowning:
T’was the only reason I had to partake in Plunderstorm tbh.

How is the bug going? Me and many others in my guild/community haven’t received the plunderstorm mail in wow.

There is a fix or it’s the player who need to submit a bug report?

All I want to know is if there even coming a hotfix, been a week since the problem was stated and PS ends in a week (according to WoWhead). So please Blizzard, are there coming a hotfix or will some players be left without the reward because you actually can’t get your s**t together?
