A bit about us:
<Nightshift> it's a 5 year old guild created in our old mother realm of "The Maelstrom", before we moved to Ravencrest in 2017.
We are a casual yet serious raiding guild, we enjoy to fool around but we demand concentration and personal investment on boss fights. We got Cutting Edge on Uldir (8/8M) and are aiming for it again in Battle for Dazar'Alor.
Therefore, we are now recruiting.
Raid days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Raid times: 23:00 - 01:00 ST

-Any exceptional player application will be considered.
What do we expect from you:
Attendance: If you have a spot, everyone is counting on you, so show up! While exactly 100% attendance is not required you should warn when you can't make it.
(It is also recommend to not missing raids during your trial period).
Also show dedication and preparation, read tactics, know the fight, know your class, bring consumables, and very important, listen to discord and what it's said there.
You must have installed:
Exorsus raid tools, Dbm/big wigs and weak auras. Any other addon that enhances your raiding performance is up to you.
You must also have functioning headphones (with mic).
What you can expect from us:
Dedication and preparation just like we demand from you.
A relaxed environment outside boss fights, during trash clearing and on normal daily activities.
We like doing group activities aswell like M+, island expeditions and world questing.
There is also an optional alt/social Uldir run on Sundays (23.00 - 01.00 ST) - currently we are doing Heroic on these runs.
