About Nova
We are a raiding guild, somewhere between dedicated & semi-hardcore. We run 2 different raiding teams every week. Team Rocket & Team Building, both teams have independently 8/10 Progress in T5-content.
We have the willingness to learn, to adapt, to analyze logs and refine what has to be refined. That might sound dull or boring, but we can assure you that we have a very friendly mindset, warm, with daily active people, helping each other and where a joke is never far away.

Are you looking for a guild with 2 established raiding teams. Where leadership has vision and shows both in Guild Management as in the Raid Leading a dedicated approach.
Do you have the willingness to improve? To log analyze after raids to spot small imperfections and talk with others about how to improve and get the best out of yourself and the team?

Loot System
We are currently loot-drama free.
We work with the very famous TMB wishlists where players independently can choose their loot, in the order they want it. And where we focus on talking about loot rather than be loot-whoring.
For us it’s vital to see that our raid members discuss what pieces they want and check with others to define who needs a piece the most. Therefore a certain maturity and wisdom are mandatory.
