A Personal Offering quest not showing up

Hi,

I wanted to get my recolor of Night Elf Heritage armor. So I searched up that the quest a personal offering is giving me that, but unfortunately it is not showing up on my druid who is a night elf.

Good to know is that I finished the Guardian Dream questline and did finish the quest New Moon because I then was a tauren druid. After a few months I did race change to Night Elf, but now I got all the requirments for that quest to show up but it doesn’t…

Hope anyone can help me to get my Ensemble: Raiment of Amirdrassil!

While all characters who have progressed through the Guardian of the Dream campaign quest line can complete chapter 7, New Beginnings, the quest A Personal Offering is a special quest only offered to Night Elf characters. Night elves will receive this quest after they complete the quest Offerings for the Well. Other characters are not offered this quest, and instead receive the next quest in the chain, New Moon.

Since your character has already completed the chain, it makes sense that it cannot redo it.

I have a wild idea that using Party Sync with an 80 who hasn’t completed the chain might allow for the taking of the quest, but that’s probably just crazy-talk.

I also tried Perplexity, which sometimes comes up with great answers for these kinds of corner-cases (and sometimes comes up with garbage, as AIs tend to do) with the prompt

Can the quest “A Personal Offering” be accepted by a character that already completed the chain, including “New Moon”, as another race before race changing to Night Elf?
