A question about Deathwing's mount drop chances (Blazing drake). NEVER MIND, just dropped!

So my focus is the blazing drake, and I checked the wowhead page and it shows that there are 4 cashes from which it drops.
One of them shows 3%, the last one shows 0.6%. I think it’s a huge difference. But I don’t really understand from this page which cache is from which difficulty.

Is it safe to assume that 25 heroic has the highest chance?

P.S I was writing this and doing the raid at the same time. Dropped from 10 Normal. Thanks for reading anyways xD

BTW if the wowhead comments are to be believed, the 3% one is the normal 10.
