So guys, a returning player here. What are the quickest ways to level nowadays?
Same as it always was.
The general rule to to always be questing, and always in the dungeon queue.
Relative ratios change with level. Up to 60, dungeons are very efficient, and become less so as you level. Some would say fungeons are not worth doing more than once, for the quests, at higher levels.
HOWEVER, one you get to BfA above level 110, you are well advised to do nearly all questing, because you will want Friendly rep with each of the factions to open world quests, and questing is how you get it. Looking beyond that, you will want more rep, and Loremaster of the three zones, for flying.
