With one of my priests, Mastery 22%, full pvp gear in a pvp environment goes to 25%. However afterwards i asked Pesz, a multiglad in the enemy team and he said me he has 25% mastery outside, which becomes 38% in blitz. How is this big difference explained? he said to me this is weird. Any clue?
