It’s the only way of dealing with it and this thread is exactly like the last one. You are trying to make a complaint and won’t accept the way you should do it.
If you want to open a ticket there is a “not listed here” option but I’m not sure if it’s available, but you can use another option. How about using the same one you did for the first ticket you opened. Make sure you say it’s a complaint you want escalating at the beginning.
