A quick Question

I have customer support question.

I don’t feel that open a ticket would be the best way of dealing with this. How can I get into contact with somebody at Blizzard customer support? Preferably I would like to talk to someone on the phone.

Input is welcome from the public.

Blizzard do not offer telephone support in the EU region.

A ticket is the only real way to contact CS.

Unfortunately, that is my only option for contacting support right now.

You can raise tickets on the website if you have no in-game access.

I have access to Game.

But I need to speak to someone on the phone.

That option is not available.

Is there an email address that I can write to get to someone at Customer Support?

I don’t believe so, no.

As I say, in Europe a ticket is your only option.

That doesn’t seem like very good customer service.

It is what it is. If it’s a deal breaker for you then perhaps another game would be a better option.

Well its not a deal breaker. But it just makes the experience alot worse.

I think any company should strive to have a good customer service and one easily contactable. And when a customer has a genuine reason to be upset, they should be heard and not shunned.

Good customer service is key to a successful business.

I’m not really sure what the point of these forums are if they don’t work as a means to contact support. Pretty pointless.

They’re a way to help exchange information and provide some basic help from people in the WOW community. Also, some Blizz employees help out here but they aren’t the GM’s and can’t help with in-game ticket issues.

So it’s not really customer support then.

But still, thanks for answering my question… it’s seems I can’t speak to someone at support.

I’ll give up and write it off as another bad experience. It’s a shame because back in Vanilla - Wotlk customer support really was the best.

You received a reply from blizz on the forum though. For those who didnt see your first topic,ill post it here

Well this is a different thread on a different topic.

Which my friend has done their best to answer for me. If you have a better answer, you’re more than welcome to put it forward as a solution.

I would suggest you to submit a ticket,if you disagree on something,you can share your thoughts with them
Tickets at the moment is only one available option,unfortunately,as far as i am aware theres no life chat anymore
Also it is recommended to attach screenshot to the ticket (if it is technical bug),screenshots of your previous messages with support would help as well.
Majority of ingame issues can be fixed without a ticket,such as restoring deleted item, moving stuch character out and etc.

I have tried to make a ticket.

Unfortunately there isn’t a category under Tickets for “Complaint”.

Make it looking like one and with screenshots of chats go straight to the point

It’s the only way of dealing with it and this thread is exactly like the last one. You are trying to make a complaint and won’t accept the way you should do it.

If you want to open a ticket there is a “not listed here” option but I’m not sure if it’s available, but you can use another option. How about using the same one you did for the first ticket you opened. Make sure you say it’s a complaint you want escalating at the beginning.

How many told you that in the last thread?

This is a separate issue to the last thread.

The guys in this thread have done a good job of trying to answer my question. However, if you have a better solution feel free to add it.

Unforunately using an In-Game ticket is not something I can do for this particular issue. I’m looking for another way to contact Customer Support, Telephone Preferably, but email will do. However it appears there isn’t a way of doing so, which means I will have to be left disappointed.
